Friends Investing in Sacramento Public Library (FISPL) was established in 2019 as a 509(a)(3) nonprofit entity. FISPL is the primary investment organization for major gifts and legacy giving initiatives for the Friends of the Sacramento Public Library, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. FISPL also serves as the steward for the Friends’ investment and endowment accounts, ensuring
professional management and oversight of these funds.
